If the product doesn't install, does not perform, or doesn't give the promised results, you can request a refund. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange unless the product is faulty. To be eligible for a refund or exchange due to a defect, you will need to send a screenshot and description of your issue to our email.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, and you must contact us via the email address where the order was installed.
Once your refund request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your refund request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically original method of payment.
If you haven’t received a refund within a couple of days, please double-check your bank account statement again.
Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is credited. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
We only replace software if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same software, send us an email at support@unikaa.in to describe the issue you are facing.
